These terms govern the use of courier and freight transport services provided by Brummie Runner Ltd (Company No. 15591140). By booking a collection or delivery with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time of booking (size, weight, collection and delivery locations, and timescale). We reserve the right to amend a quote if the actual details of a consignment differ from those provided.
We aim to collect goods promptly, typically within one hour of a confirmed booking anywhere in the UK, though timings may vary in more rural areas or during periods of high demand. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless a timed service has been specifically booked and confirmed.
We do not accept illegal goods, hazardous materials without prior agreement, cash, or items that are not properly and safely packaged for transport.
We take reasonable care of all goods in transit. Our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with our insurance terms, details of which are available on request. We recommend customers arrange their own insurance for high-value or irreplaceable items.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge before a driver has been dispatched. Cancellations made after collection has commenced may be subject to a charge.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or in line with any account agreement in place between you and us.
